Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.

During busy periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you informed.

Delivery (Australia – guide)

• Standard shipping: Typically 2–8 business days after dispatch

• Express shipping: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary for remote or regional areas.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Address changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes can be made before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, address changes or redirects are not guaranteed and may incur a carrier fee.

International shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I choose a size?

Measure two spots:

• Back length: collar → tail base (your primary fit)
• Girth: the widest part around the ribcage

Tip: If in between sizes, choose the larger back length. The belly band is adjustable.

Quick picks (back / girth):

• XS — 38 cm / 42-52 cm. Breed examples: Toy Poodle, Daschund, Maltese

• S — 44 cm / 50-64 cm. Breed examples: Toy Cavoodle, Cavalier, Small Pug.

• M — 55 cm / 62–78 cm. Breed examples: Frenchie, Staffy, Kelpie.

• L — 66 cm / 76–92 cm. Breed examples: English Pointer, Boxer (Lean), Setter.

• XL — 76 cm / 88-104 cm. Breed examples: Golden Retriever (Large), Husky, GSD.

Every robe gives a little back.

For each Alby & Loom robe sold, $2 is donated to support dogs in need. Donations are tallied monthly and contributed to a nominated dog rescue or animal welfare organisation.

From time to time, we may rotate our nominated rescue — usually quarterly — so we can support different organisations helping dogs find safety, care and loving homes.

Our first nominated rescue will be based in Newcastle, NSW, with updates shared as our first donation period is completed.

Our robes are made with OEKO-TEX® certified cotton fabrics, selected for softness, comfort and peace of mind.

The certification applies to the cotton fabrics used in our robes, which have been tested for harmful substances. Our finished robes are then designed with a double-layer construction to help keep dogs warm, dry and cosy after baths, swims and rainy walks.

Fabric
Dual-layer: Plush soft 100% cotton terry inner for absorbency, 100% cotton gingham outer for comfort & structure.

Care
• Wash: cold–warm gentle; no fabric softener (reduces absorbency)
• Dry: line or tumble low; avoid high heat
• Do not bleach

Some initial lint is normal; slight natural shrinkage may occur.

Returns & Size Exchanges

Request within 30 days of delivery to hello@albyandloom.com.au. Items must be unused, unwashed, hair-free and odour-free with original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind or size exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

Personalised / Embroidered Orders

Personalised items are made especially for you and are final sale unless faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please email photos and your order number to hello@albyandloom.com.au as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery). Where a major failure exists under the ACL, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Can I Try It On?

Yes — please ensure your dog is clean and dry during try-on and keep the item free from pet hair, odour and signs of use.

Accepted methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Selected digital wallets and buy-now-pay-later options may be available at checkout.

All prices are listed in AUD. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. We do not store full card details.

Designed for post-bath, beach or rain-walk drying and calm time. Supervise your dog during wear; remove before play or sleep.
