How it works
Pre-order reserves your robe from the upcoming batch. Your card is authorised and saved at checkout and we charge it shortly before dispatch. You’ll receive email updates (including a heads-up before we charge).

When am I charged?
You’ll only be charged once your robe is ready to dispatch — we’ll send you a quick reminder email a few days beforehand.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes — any time before the charge via the Manage my pre-order link at no cost. After charging, our Returns Policy applies.

Change size, address or payment details
You can update your payment info via your Manage my pre-order link.
For size, embroidery or address changes, email hello@albyandloom.com.au with your order number.

PayPal/BNPL on pre-orders
Pre-orders require a card we can capture later, so some instant wallets/BNPL may be unavailable. These are offered for in-stock items when enabled.

Dispatch
• In-stock: usually [1–2] business days
• Pre-orders: current estimate shown on the product page (e.g., “ships [date range]”). We’ll email you with updates before your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery (AU guide)
• Standard: Typically, 2–8 business days after dispatch
• Express: Typically, 1–3 business days after dispatch
Remote/regional areas may take longer.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Address changes
If you need to update your address, please email us as soon as possible.
Changes can be made before dispatch. Redirects after dispatch aren’t guaranteed and may incur a carrier fee.

International
Not available at this time.

How do I choose a size?

Measure two spots:

• Back length: collar → tail base (your primary fit)
• Girth: the widest part around the ribcage

Tip: If in between sizes, choose the larger back length. The belly band is adjustable.

Quick picks (back / girth):

• XS — 38 cm / 42-52 cm. Breed examples: Toy Poodle, Daschund, Maltese

• S — 44 cm / 50-64 cm. Breed examples: Toy Cavoodle, Cavalier, Small Pug.

• M — 55 cm / 62–78 cm. Breed examples: Frenchie, Staffy, Kelpie.

• L — 66 cm / 76–92 cm. Breed examples: English Pointer, Boxer (Lean), Setter.

• XL — 76 cm / 88-104 cm. Breed examples: Golden Retriever (Large), Husky, GSD.

Fabric
Dual-layer: Plush soft cotton terry inner for absorbency, cotton gingham outer for comfort & structure.

Care
• Wash: cold–warm gentle; no fabric softener (reduces absorbency)
• Dry: line or tumble low; avoid high heat
• Do not bleach

Some initial lint is normal; slight natural shrinkage may occur.

Change-of-mind or size exchanges:
Request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, hair-free and odour-free, with tags/packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind is the customer’s responsibility.

Personalised / embroidered items:
Final sale unless faulty under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Faulty or incorrect items:
Email photos + order number to hello@albyandloom.com.au within 48 hours. Where a major failure exists, you can choose a refund or replacement; for minor issues we’ll repair/replace within a reasonable time.

Accepted methods
Pre-orders: Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Shopify Payments).

In-stock items: cards (and selected wallets/BNPL when enabled).

All prices in AUD. Payments are processed by trusted providers; we don’t store full card numbers.

Designed for post-bath, beach or rain-walk drying and calm time. Supervise your dog during wear; remove before play or sleep.
