By accessing or purchasing from Alby & Loom, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Returns policies.

1. About us

We’re an Australian business offering pet towels/apparel and related accessories. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Orders (and pre-orders when offered)

Orders: Placed via our website are offers to purchase. We may accept or cancel (e.g., stock, pricing or suspected fraud).
Pre-orders (when offered): From time to time, we may offer select products on a pre-order basis. When available, pre-order details (including estimated dispatch timing) will be clearly stated on the product page and confirmed by email. Your payment method may be securely authorised and vaulted at checkout and charged shortly before dispatch. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before charging. If timelines change materially, we’ll notify you so you can choose to continue or cancel before capture.

3. Pricing & payments

Prices are in AUD and inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For pre-orders, some wallets/BNPL may be unavailable.
Promotions/discounts are time-limited and subject to terms posted with the offer.
Some payment methods may not be available for all products or order types.

4. Shipping & risk

See our Shipping Policy for rates, timeframes and carriers.
Title and risk pass on delivery to the address provided (or on authorised “Authority to Leave”).

5. Returns, refunds & exchanges

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility, process and timelines. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product information

We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery; minor variations in colour/texture may occur. Sizing guidance is approximate. If a product is not as described, contact us.

7. Custom/personalised items

Personalised/embroidered products are final sale except where the item is faulty under the ACL.

8. Warranties & ACL

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude non-mandatory warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability for non-major failures is limited to replacement, repair, re-supply or refund of the goods (at our election).

9. User content & reviews

If you submit reviews, photos or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content (including reposting UGC with attribution) for marketing and store display. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

10. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., scraping, infringement, fraud, or attempting to bypass security).

11. Intellectual property

All logos, graphics, text and designs are our IP or licensed to us. You may not use them without written permission.

12. Third-party services

We may provide access to third-party tools and links “as is.” We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services.

13. Limitation of liability

Subject to the ACL, to the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or data arising from your use of the site or products.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia.
